Big Kountry appliance was referred to me by my home warranty program. The Home warranty program takes time but big kountry appliance dispatch lady was incredible. She contacted the home warranty multiple times to speed up the process and ensure I was taken care of. My service was great from the field technician to the office staff. Some of the expectations here are unrealistic but I guess some people need a place to blow off steam…. 10/10 would recommend.

My LG stovetop glass was broken, still under warranty. LG uses Big Kountry Appliance Repair for in home visits. The tech replaced the glass and the digital panel that was recalled. He did a great job, so happy with the fast service and 3 months our 7 year old electric stove is like new.
